Hi all, I'm just a bit confused right now and need some help.

My 2-yr spouse visa expires on the 23rd of Dec 12 and i've just booked an appointment at the PEO for 30th of Nov...is the date a bit early??

Secondly, i am currently unemployed, so is my wife...but we have enough money to take care of ourselves for the next few months and starting my business back in January.
I was employed until April 2012 then became self employed but gave up the business after a few months due to some circumstance.
What do i need to do in this case to prove to the case worker how we survive? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Came to the UK in sept 2009 on a 3 year student visa, got married July 2010...and applied for my spouse visa Nov 2010 which was then issued 23/12/10 - 23/12/12.

hello Victoria, thanks, went for the appointment on friday and got approved was told i'd receive the card within 10 working days but luckily got it on tuesday.
Now need a consultation on something else...how do i get in touch with you? should i send an email?
