Hi,

here is the query:

I arrived in UK on 02 March 2008 on Workpermit, went back to India on 12 Feb 2010 (before my visa expired on 14 Feb 2010),
applied for the new Tier 2 (ICT) visa issued on 29 March 2010 (under rules before 06 April 2010) and entered UK on 11 April 2010.
My current visa has been extended and is valid till April 2014,

Question is will I be eligible for ILR in March 2013?

Please guide.
