It's sad to hear your refused, but you seem to have a good case against them so I wish you all the best. Just out of curiosity
Can you pls tell if you did a biometric before the decision or was it just the decision after an acknowledgement letter.thanks

Why say its a good case? It clearly isn't.
Biometrics are always taken before a decision.

I am in no position to assure anyone of anything, I only said it "seems"base on what I read on her post so that's only a mere opinion and what I wish her as we are all in the struggle together. What I want to ask is what is the odd off a refusal decision after a biometric as most refusal cases I have read on this forums where no preceded by a biometric invitation letter . Can you pls answer that. Thanks a lot.

That's not true.
You realise that this thread is about an out of country application? I think you have mistakenly hijacked a thread which has no bearing on your application.

The application was made outside uk. I think with the wage slips i included should have fair chance. November 2011 till october i have exceeded the minimum requirement. If cases are decided from refusal date then should get ecm to withdraw. Thanks for your help victoria. Do you not think my case has a chance to get withdrawn or at least after hearing.

I feel very strongly that you need professional legal assistance.
