Hi

Can someone please assist me with filling up SET (O) form.

My visa history
Jan 08- HSMP
Nov 09 - renewed Tier-1
Dec 12- applying ILR SET (O)


Question 1. SECTION 3 - WHICH CATEGORY? (page 9), which one should I select
Section A Tier 1 (General) migrant
OR
Section B Highly skilled migrant

C. Age Assessment
Please tick the relevant box to confirm the points you are claiming on the basis of your age at application
for your first grant of leave in a relevant route:
-I am confused about this when I got first grant of leave (HSMP) I was 27 , now when I will apply for SET(O) I will be 32. So should I be selecting under 28 (20 points) or none (no points) because I am 32.

Your current category, which I'd assume is Tier 1 (General) migrant

C. Age Assessment
Please tick the relevant box to confirm the points you are claiming on the basis of your age at application for your first grant of leave in a relevant route. My guess would be at the age you were granted Tier 1 visa.

The idea is that you get the same age points that you got previously - extensions and points qualification for ILR are primarily interested in your earnings being of a sufficient level and not in penalising you for getting older.
