I had a spousal visa which expired in 2010. I applied as a US citizen in 2008, but I now have a dual citizenship (US/Ghana) and run my business from Ghana. My wife and children live in the UK. We separated but was never divorced. I visited on the average of 4 times from Ghana every year to see my child. My wife and have had 2 children since then even though I was usually in Ghana running a business (self-employed) and was separated from wife most times. My second child is 3weeks old and my wife and I are back together and have decided to raise our children in the UK. It won't be very difficult to get a job with my MBA and experience. My question is, is it a good idea to apply from Ghana since I now have a Ghanaian passport and spend most of my time there? I haven't had a job in the U.S for 4 years now. What kind of challenges will I be facing with my application? Please help!! Thanks.

Quick one, should I show the old visa and the 4 times/year entries in my US passport when making the application with my Ghanaian passport from Ghana. Will this help my application. Thanks again.

You must submit both passports.
