Hi if I live in a house of 3 rooms where me and my wife have one room and my live in landlord has another room and there is one more guy in the other room, will that be sufficient? in the guidelines it says

Quote

The property must
be occupied only by you, your partner and dependents.
So Do I need to be renting the complete house?

A room is sufficient as long as the whole house isn't overcrowded.
