I'm an Australian citizen and my husband and child are both British/Australian Citizens. I'm applying for a spouse visa and we are all travelling to UK together to settle. We can stay with my husband's Aunty & Uncle in England. They own the property and I wonder what supporting docs I require from them? If we have enough cash savings to purchase a house, would we still need the accommodation sponsor?

You need a letter of permission and evidence they are the owners as well as evidence there is enough room.
You won't have already bought the house so you need to show where you will live before you do.

Thanks for the reply Victoria.
What documents would you recommend as evidence of home ownership? Would it be acceptable to provide photocopies of those documents?

You need to do a search of the forum to see what others have done. If you are still stuck then I would recommend making an appointment to discuss the case with me.
