Manida you really need to seek professional advice.  Gentlemen of Leisure had made it perfectly clear how the income is calculated.  You need to read what has already been said regarding how the income is calculated.

Manida.....maybe it would be best to ask your husband to join the forum and let him explain and talk to one of the professionals who can help.....as I am thinking you are having difficulties understanding what is being told to you.....but if you have not correctly included all the evidence needed you appeal will fail.....there are issues that an ECO can not be flexible on....income being the most important due to the new rules.....

Hello dears members ; thank all reply.

I am still waiting for my appeal it's 15 days from the day i send it by fax.

My husband contacted the 1 tribunal yesterday, They told him the appeal still not on their system yet

and they need my date of birth searching for me.

please help me what can i do now ?

Get a legal professional to make sure this has been done properly?

An advisor will be able to advise on the best thing to do, appeal or reapply.

Alban i received notice of pending appeal from tribunal they will write to me after 1 May on how and when my appeal will proceed
