Hi All
My friend filed ILR under 14 years two years ago, and recently got a letter for biomatrics. His DOB was wrong on the letter.
His solicitor sent them letter to correct this.
He today received letter for biomatrics and its another wrong DOB .
Is UKBA intentionally doing this?
Can he request to fast track the application considering two years delay and mistakes on UKBA's part. I have also heard people claimed damages due to UKBA's negligence.
