Hi All,

This is my first post, I hope you guys can help me out my problem. I am working in my company nearly 1 year Right now i am in PSW visa my visa expires on 12 Jan 2013, My company ready to sponsor my visa, They have sponsor license as well. I went to one solicitor for find my SOC code. My solicitor was saying u don't need for any SOC code, because you are working more than 1 year in your company, u can apply with out SOC code for Tier 2. He was saying like that, I went through UKBA they r saying u need SOC to get Tier 2, I really worried please help me out, My Marriage fixed Feb 18th. I need to My marriage as well.

ANY ONE PLEASE TELL ME I NEED SOC CODE OR WITH OUT SOC CODE CAN I GET TIER 2 VISA.

PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME OUT.....! I AM TOTALLY CONFUSED.

So now you have learned who not to go to if assistance with an application is needed. Where on earth did you find someone to give advice like that?!?

Yes, of course a SOC is needed - it's not possible to assign a Certificate of Sponsorship without a SOC being stated.
