My partner applied to HO using form since June 2012, we only received an acknowledgment.

Contact the Home Office after Christmas.

I have applied using the seem form in April and i am still waiting !!!some people I know in this forum applied in January and are still waiting ?

I applied in Febuary. 2012 and sadly still waiting.

Its on the basis of my family life here in the UK, my husband and children are both British citizens.

Me too , my wife and daughter are both British , applied on zambrano ruling last year in November and my application was rejected !! also contacted my local MP , he spook to them three time , have send three complaint letter but nothing sound work with this agency , I have to take it to the ombudsman this week otherwise I will speak with my lawyer to try to force them to make decision or she will take them to court ..

Oh dear, 3 complaints letter and no response, am i surprised. My lawyer is very useless, i have emailed him re my concerns about my application and also asked him if he thinks its time to get my MP involved, i am still waiting to hear back from him, i am just frustrated by the whole thing. Keep fingers x for some positive news, will keep you posted as well.

There is one guy Applied in February like you with the seem circumstances like you and he got his visa !!! you can read this.
