end of 2007- arrived UK under HSMP
July 2009- renewed work permit under Tier 1 General
Got my peo appoinment for ILR in the next few days. bit confused as the form mentioning about points only awarded before 31 March 2009 or after 5 April 2010
Please can someone tell me if I will get 30 points for Bachelors Degree or not?

Why have you left it to now to find out if you qualify? if unsure after reading the form and guidance you may want to get professional assistance.

If you got 30 points for your Tier-1, you will get it now for ILR. Same for age as well. Good luck.
