Hello everyone,
i wanted to know if someone could help me, i received my determination from the ait recently and the judge stated throughout that my appeal was allowed the last two paragraphs read, i find the appelant has adduced ample evidence to sjow that she is a genuime visitor who intends to leave the uk at the end of her stay, i find that she meets the requirments of the immigrations rules, then the decision say the appeal is allowed under the immigration rules no anonymity direction made signed and dated.
but at the bottom of the page it says i have dismissed the appeal and therefore there can be no fee award signed and dated again. i am very confused as the judge has said throughtout the determination that the appeal is allowed yet of the final page it says appeal dismissed. this must be a mistake i faxed the ait asking for this to be corrected.
has anyone else experienced anything similar your feedback would be much appreciatec thankyou.

Hi,
If the overall sound of the determination is positive, it may just be that the last section regarding the fee award is an unfortunate oversight by the judge. You could write to the hearing centre where the appeal was heard and raise the issue with them.
Good luck.
