Dear All,
Hope we are keeping well.
Background;
- Say, I am on SSP since last 2 months and will be applying for ILR now, on the basis of Tier 1 (G).
- In this case, I know applicants have to claim points for Gross earnings for any 12 months out of last 15 months.
Question about claiming points for Earnings;
(1)- Since, I am on SSP -can I still claim gross earnings/points for these 2 months?
Thanks very much for your help.

Hi Victoria,
Thanks for your reply.
Like I said, I am aware that it has to be any consecutive 12 months out of 15 months.
In my case, for my earnings to get me required points, I will need to claim points for these last 2 months as my salary was Gross Pay is higher.
This is the reason I asked that "Can I claim points for Gross earnings in these 2 months when I was on SSP"?
I would appreciate clarification in this matter.
Thanks & Regards
Riz Jamal

Hi Victoria,
Perhaps, I am confused.
Apologies, so are you saying that being on SSP does not matter and that I can claim points for these 2 months I have been on SSP in?
Thanking you in advance.
