My younger brother is currently studying in Royal Holloway university in Egham. However he is not happy with the course and wants to change the sponsor. He has been issued a CAS from university of Birmingham. Could anyone assist what he required to make a switch to the university? We are aware that he need to get a new visa upon changing the insititution, could anyone please assist from funding point of view, the money is currently sitting in his account in Pakistan. Can he provide the statements of Pakistani account or does that has to be a UK account?

An expert advise will be much appreciated.

Previous application was submitted to British High Commission in Islamabad where he used Pakistani bank statements. Now he want to change his university so this application will be sent to UK Homeoffice. His money is still in Pakistani banks. We are confuse if bank statements from Pakistani banks will be considered here?
