Hello
Case : I am on Tier 1 (G) since 9 Jan 2009, and hold Visa till 18 Jan 2014. Means I will be elible for ILR application after 10 Dec 2013. I qualify with 75 points and my 24K salary plays a big role in it.
There are chances that I might be on Maternity Leave from July or August 2013. and will be getting paid Maternity pay.
Question: How do I calculate my Salary? Means Untill July I will be getting paid as normal but then till Dec it will drop as getting paid maternity pay. Will that affect my application?

Earnings must be made up of 12 consecutive months and must normally fall within the 15 months before your application.
You can claim points for a 12-month period outside the 15-month period if you have been away from the workplace for a time during the last 12 months on maternity or adoption-related absence

Thanks for replies... So I take this as I can Claim salary from October 2012 to October 2013 even I am appling in Dec. 2013.

You could do that anyway, even if you weren't on maternity leave.
