I think the most disgusting piece of this report is that inspector have found more than 100,000 unopened letters from us, our MPs, our lawyers in some room in Liverpool UKBA building. It is beyond belief! How many messages did we have here on this forum concerning that UKBA not responding to your letters, or acknowledging receipt of your documents? Now we know why it is happening - they do not read your correspondence, it is still UNOPENED. Your letter must still be in a queue under number 100,025. What a mess...

thats what we assume
that CAAU done poor decisions


if anybody read properly he mentioned

he mentioned they changed policy implementation in July2011
without publish any guidline
that from now onwards only DLR
