the wife just had her passport interview this morning. everything is being done really fast. we only submitted the application 48 hours earlier.

very friendly interviewer. it last literally about 3 minuts.

he just asked her

name and spellings
parents names and d.o.b
daughters name and d.o.b
who lives in the house
what sort of house is it.
how do you know your contersignatory
describe the citizenship ceremony.

that was all. rest of the time was spent him telling her that he has 4 kids and he used to work at boots and that he has to babysit tonight...

i could overhear the interviews from the waiting room from the other interviewers, some of them i thoght were unfair such as this one woman asked the applicant, describe your route from work to home and what shops are their along the way.

thanks to all that helped.

all over now, passport should bne here by end of next week she was told.

thanks all for the wonderful 4 years of advice and support. good luck to all.

Congratulations, you can relax now. I know it can seem a long road at times!

Congatultion Your wife it's very lucky to be British, even today British soldiers give the lives to protect flag. Without Britain Europe would have spoken German and we would haven been slaves of Nazi.
