Hi Guys,
I applied for my wife's settlement visa on 5th of september 2012 under new rules of 18600 salery. I heard that the waiting time from pakistan is roughly 5 months. They stamped visa on 14th of November 2012. I am very surprised for their quick performance.
I was bit confused as my pay slips and bank statements were not matched...i decided to get a solicitor for documents checked and he provided a covering letter to explain it.
My advice for everyone is that please dont submit your application by your own...get professional advice. A professional solicitor will charge you a little fee but you will have a peace of mind.

Congrats. You are apsolutly right, legal advice is very helpful.
