My spouse was rejected for a visa. I have read on the uk borders website that new evidence is acpted only if it before the date of refusal. I want to know is the date of refusal clasified by when my sponsor was given his passport back or before?
Is New Evidence Submiting With Appeal Relevant ?

Hi,
I would be interested to know what people suggest to this?
sn786, I am in the same boat, could you advise, if you did submitted new evidence, and what was the outcome?
Many thanks.

The date of the decision to refuse. This is the date on the refusal notice. New evidence would be something that did not exist before this date. Additional evidence would be something that existed before this date but was not previously presented.
