Hi All,
My friends tier 4 student visa was refused. And he then appealed using a solicitor and his appeal from the upper tribunal court was refused too. what are his options now ? Can he just resubmit a new application using the new CAS ?
Expert advice will be much appreciated. Just to add bit more, his visa was refused because his college was suspended from the list and he had no correspondence from the Home office regarding submitting a new CAS.
Many thanks
Regards
Muz

Well if his college was suspended from the list then he has no chance at all , the HO are absolutely hard on such cases

Well depends on a few things, there is caselaw that helps but you solicitor should have addressed this! What is their advice to you? afterall you have paid them!

Thanks guys,Here what the letter says from the upper tribunal court( Please see the attached). According to his case, his solicitor is saying that we may try a new application using supportive letter from another college, without actually sending a CAS ? Is that possible ?Once again many thanks for your advice, much appreciated.RegardsMuz

I think the solicitor is very wrong... I suggest you delete your links and get new legal assistance.

Please can you provide us legal assistance ? And what would be your charges for this ? I have just emailed you, if you would like to discuss the case and the way going forward, that would be helpful.
