Hi Every body

As every body is aware that the changes in Immigration criminality check rules were announced yesterday.I have read them but It,s bit confusing to me.

Could any body clarify....

Is there is any impact of these new rules on Fixed penalty notices?Or that will remain the same like in Previous rules.(No Effect)
