I would like to ask you. My girlfriend is US Citizen. she want start work in UK. but i don't know which visa will sutiable for her,

there are two possibble routes:
the family route, as your partner (assuming you are a British citizen or a settled person), see http://www.ukba.home...tled/spouse-cp/ and http://www.ukba.home...rried-same-sex/
or
under Tier 2 (General) where she would need to find a job and a sponsor first, see http://www.ukba.home.../tier2/general/

If she is eligible for the BUNAC scheme, a tier 5 is also an option.
