Hi All,

I am on WP visa and I am due to apply for ILR in May next year, my wife also came in UK for more than 2 years. In the above situation she can apply for with be for ILR in single form, but the twist is she need to go to India next year due to delivery. She will not be in UK while I will be making ILR application. so my question are as below.

1) Which Visa she need to apply for from India, can she apply for ILR from India?

2) Does the baby also need to apply for passport and Visa?
If yes which visa form need to be used for it?

3) Is it best to be UK for ILR visa application when I am applying for Visa.

I would recommend that she is in the UK and applies at the same time as you if at all possible.
