Hi,
My postal FLR(M) was sent on 15.05.2012,
confirmation letter from HO was received on 25.05.2012
biometrics was done on 22.06.2012...
... since than nothing from HO.
What can be done? The point is that from the end of this November I'm eligible for ILR and this delay with documents is very annoying.
HO says: 'Our staff cannot provide any information about your application if you applied less than 6 months ago'... but there is no information how to make an inquiry about applications outstanding more than 6 months.
Is it worth to complain? Is any law regulating time of decision making by government institutions?
