Can I Sponsor My Child On Dlr

I have a daughter who was leaving with my ex partner in my home country.my ex passed on last month and my daughter is now living with her aunt.I got my dlr in febuary this year.Is it possible to bring my daughter here to live me?

I am not too sure of the latest changes in immigration rules but i believe if you want to bring your child , it is possible but you need to have all the requirements of a sponsor like salary , your work details , where you live i.e if you have your own place etc . And remember you must be in continuous employment for at least 6 months . You must also prove that you will be able to look after your child without accessing public funds , remember your situation is different from refugee status hence all these requirements . Its more difficult than ever but i would suggest you see an experienced solicitor for indepth analysis of your situation .

U have stronge point here u must see good lawyer ASAP u can bring your daughter becouse no one there to look after there so in these cases ukba give soft hand I will pray for good luck.......
