Hi all


Im an no eea national spouse to an eea national which is a self emplyed since we came to this country with no stop .actually i have 5  years residency permit expiring in january 2014

willing to apply for a permanent 1. i asked 1 soilictor he told that i can

apply for it right now ,because we are married for 5 years already and we living in uk from 7/01/2008, got my residency card back on january 2009.

Am i eligible to apply now as he said

ps: is housing benenifit can affect my application when im applying
