i applied for uk spouse visa on 3 july under old rules .my wife is self employed she is sole trader and run a after school club.with my other documents i submit as a financial proof her 4 month buisness bank statments, a letter from accountant confirming (1)she is self employed (2) Her UTR number and submit her 1 year account (2010-2011) from her accountant.
MY Question to moderator is : My visa application is fine with these documents or not

Moderators don't necessarily have more knowledge than other members, unless they happen to be legally qualified. If you're unsure whether your application is correct, it would be wise to have your documents checked by a legal advisor. We have several on the forum. The new rules concerning self-employment are complex.
Ah...I can now see from Magpie's post which crossed with mine that the application has already been submitted. Bit too late for advice now.

The point is that only a professional conducting a document check could answer this.

That depends on other documents. But probably.

As mentioned by others, it is too late to ask and it is not possible to advise accurately as this could only be done by viewing documents.

sir i only want to know that these funds maintenance documents lists are enough or i missed something under old rules.

i am asking this question because some one on another forum telling me i am fine with 4 month bank statments and accountant letter etc.but he said for a self employed you need at least your two years account from your accountant.i want to know that i submit only 1 year account (2010-2011) from accountant if my all others documents are fine .then they grant me visa or rejected it becoz i only submit 1 year account.
