That's not what the rule says.

Hi Victoria

what u mean Thats not what the rule says?
if u mean if some one is overstayed his/her visa and instead of all that he is still able to apply in some Human right categories ? how ever after october 2012 over stayer should not more than 28 days?
Please Explain

Dear All

My FLR(O) application reply from

ukba North east yorkshire and the humber region
po box 3468
Shaffield
S3 8WA


thank you for your application by the above named on form FLR(O)
It will now passed to case wrok unit .

if there is any problem with your application such as missing documentation,a case wroker will write to you as soon as possible to advice what action you need to take to rectify the problem .if there is an issue with the fee you have paid then your application will be deemed to be invalid and return to you as soon as possible by post.you will be advised on what action you need to take to make a valid application .

Our Advise to all applicant is not to make any non-urgent travel plans until we have decided the application and return the passport or travel documents.

we would appriciate it if you did not enquire about the progress of the application before you hear from us .it is not possible to make enquiries in person about the progress of an application at any of our public enquiry offices .

if you need documents urgently ,please teliphone the number on this letter.

UK BORDER AGENCY (NO NAME )



Please advice on this letter still they can deport me and my family

You have solicitors. Talk to them.

Got letter from home office that FLR(O) application is in valid due to fees .

What does this have to do with this topic? This topic is about Tier 4 applications by overstayers.
