I sent my three children applications for Tier 1 Extension. Me and my wife have already got our BRP( visa approved using same day service). I wonder UKBA deducted money only twice. I confirmed with Bank that UKBA requested only two transfers. I sent all three applications with the relevant documents in one envelope. Two children's LTR has expired and youngest does not have any LTR. Any suggestions please what should I do? Regards

Thanks Victoria. I did. She took details of my children, put me on hold for 5 mins and then told me to write UKBA. She did  not tell me anything about application's payment. Where should i send the letter? I am planning to ring again tomorrow. Regards

I got approval from Sheffield PEO three weeks ago, while i sent my children's applications by post last monday and they took money on 22.11.2012 . But only two times rather than three. I do apologise if I annoyed you to ask same question.

Hang on. They were only sent last week? Be patient.
