Hello everyone,


Mum is a naturalised british citizen. My dad and 2 siblings and i overstayed and were granted first set of DLR in 2007 and extension for 3 more years based on private life.


I am on second extension of DLR which expires end of Jan 2013 by then i should be eligible for ILR.

A few questions as i have been readinf through SET O Forms

1) Are my kids all over 18 and i  definetly using SET O forms
2)On the forms in section 3 Which Category.  Under what category am i applying under as im confused.

Would it be Category "Other purposes or reasons not covered by other application forms" and would we need to give a brief description of everything.

Also would anyone know the waiting times on this sort of case.

Please any advice and help would be much appreciated.
