Hi guys I called Caau and a lady answered and asked name reference and stuff. She asked of my address but when I told her my address she said no that's not my address caused they sent me a letter which I did not received I tried to tell her that's my address but she still will not believe me. So it ended with her saying I should wait I will hear from them in due cause. Guys do you think this can influence their decisions king on me ????

have u got a solicitor? If yes i'll advice you to contact your solicitor to decide  on what next to do as u mentioned that they've sent you a letter at the address they have in their record and u didn't respond or receive it.

Thanks Zimah for responding. The thing is they sent a copy to my solicitor which I received they wanted 2 passport sized photograph and an identity document. Which I have submitted to them. I want to know if the conversation I had with this lady on the phone can influence their decision on me negatively?

you haven't  much to do about it, all  I'll advice you is to write to CAAU informing them or update them of a change of address that's all. I do not see it as a crime if you change address, as long as its not an accommodation provided 4u by NASS, you or your solicitor can write that to CAAU as soon as possible in case your decision comes out, you never know, your decision might be sent to your solicitors if u have one.
