Hi there...my brother wants to apply for ILR For his wife but doesn't know which form to use..I know he's suppose to use FLR(m)...but which version...flr(m) 06/2012 or 09/2012???? PLEASE help...it's very much appreciated. Also he doesn't know if he's suppose to send biometric details...she said that she never had her finger prints taken when applied for the settlement visa from pakistan..but she says that she did have her fingerprints taken at the port of entry when she got to UK....so she wouldn't need to send any biometrics documents as she never received any..please help.

Why FLR(M)? If she's applying for ILR the application is SET(M)

HinnaAbbas1- based on questions you have asked, I will suggest seeking assistance from qualified advisor before you apply for ILR. Some times minor mistakes lead to a disastrous outcome!
