Hi,
I have a friend who applied for her visa extension in august 2012 for her MBA. She gave her biometrics on the 12 october 2012 and was waiting for her visa. But unfortunately her college license was revoked on the 10th of November 2012. She is worried and stressed as this has never happend before. It would be helpful to hear some advice on what she should do in this situation?Should she call Homeoffice ?Will any other college or university accept her in such situation?Please advise.

Hi
If her application is currently in UKBA, they will write to her telling her to enrol with a different sponsor within 60 days.
She needs to start looking for one from now - if she submitted her biometrics already she should be receiving a "60 days letter" soon.
The bank account has to be maintained - there might be a need to submit the recent bank statement with a new CAS.

P.s. the new sponsor will be able to accept your friend with this "60 days "letter as it will be addressed to potential new sponsor as well as to student.
