Hi ,

I am currently on Tier 1 general visa. I have a question on how 5 years will be counted in my case. My Visas are following

30 Jan 07 to 26th Jan 08 PSW

24th Jan 08 to 23th Jan 10 HSMP

08 Jan 10 to 23rd Jan 13 Tier 1 general.

Can I apply for ILR on 27th Dec 2012 ?

No. The time on PSW doesn't count towards the 5 years.

Thanks for a quick reply.

Ignoring the PSW.

24th Jan 08 to 23th Jan 10 HSMP  => 2 years

08 Jan 10 to 23rd Jan 13 Tier 1 general. => 3 years

Total 5 years.

27th Dec 2012 is exact 28 days before my visa expires on 23rd if we include 23rd Jan too.

So my question is do I include 23rd Jan or not to count 28 days.
