Hi Friends,
I want to know your advice on my ILR eligibility. I have given my details below with in and out time of UK with dates and no. of days.
Can you please let me know, am I eligible for ILR?

First date when I entered UK - 07-Dec-2007

• 1st time I left UK      - 08 - Dec - 2008 till 12 - Jan - 2009       =  Total Number of days outside UK ==> 34 Days  ==> UK Salary paid for these 34 days.
  
• 2nd time I left UK     - 14 - May - 2009 till 19 - May - 2009      =  Total Number of days outside UK ==> 5 Days  ==> UK Salary paid for these 5 days
  
• 3rd time I left UK      - 27 - Jul - 2009 till 05 - Jan - 2010        =  Total Number of days outside UK ==> 161 Days  ==> 17 days I got UK salary, rest all days I got in offshore.  
  
• 4th time I left UK      - 09 - Jul - 2011 till 24 - Jul - 2011         =  Total Number of days outside UK ==> 14 Days  ==> Salary paid in India.
  
• 5th time I left UK      - 23 - Oct - 2011 till 09 - Nov - 2011        =  Total Number of days outside UK ==> 14 Days  ==> Salary paid in India

Total Number of days outside UK = 228

I need your advice on this.

You need to speak to an advisor to see if these absences can be excused from the total.
