God is Good and Kind ! I am still dreaming brothers and sisters . Solicitor rang me now that I have been granted residence permit for 30 months.
Brothers and Sisters your set time has come and I believe that you will be granted before Christmas.
Today is the happiest day in my life !

I have collected my status, it reads limited leave to remain in the UK No recourse to public funds.I was granted on the basis of my relationship with my British partner. I am not going to depend on benefits any way.

unfortunalty they didnot argue article 8
