My Ntl application was refused for not declaring a criminal offence. the offence will be spent in june 2015.. What happens now with my passport.? Will the keep my documents until 2015?. Are they revoking my ILR?

Why didn't you declare it? Have you been given appeal rights?

The letter should state when you can apply...

The letter does say time will be spent june 2015.Will try to scan letter to Victoria tomorrow..Just so disappointed with self.do not know why i did not just cancel it.Anyway i do not know what to do next.
