Hi, I have applied recently (this month itself) for the tier 2 ICT from India, as I have the new job in London in my same company that i work for in India. I am expecting to start my new job in Jan 2013.

I have read lately some things which i wanted to clarify and get some suggestions on...

1) All the time that i will spend on ICT in UK will not be considered as my time towards a PR in UK. Is this correct? If Yes, then is there something I can do or should do so there could be some chances of me getting the ILR at the end of 5 Years?

2) I can not change my job when i am on Tier 2 ICT? If I find an employer willing to sponsor me i do not have to come back and i can simply get to a new company right?

3) I am looking forward to pursue some education part time while i am in UK, Would a part time MS course be considered at par with a UK Bachelor degree? I am talking abt LBS.
