HI my husband is applying for settlement (ILR) using form SET (M). He is only working part time at the moment. I am on disability benefits etc. My husband claims no benefits as he is not allowed to, although we do get WTC but that is allowed because I am eligible.(checked this with immigration).

My father helps us with money and will do so until my husband has full time work. Is this going to jeopardise his chances or is it ok to state this and give proof of my farther's financial status?
Thanks for any advice and help.

Declare it, but it won't affect his application.
