Hi, quick question. As an EEA, I have no records left of the first point of entry in 2004. I think I remember it correctly but I am not 100% sure. Will my application get refused if I am mistaken? Shall I leave it blank?

If you leave it blank the form will be refused. Guess and say it is a guess.
