Hi Everyone
I have a simple question which I cannot determine from the SET(M) guidance notes
Do I need to include any accomodation letters for ILR app?
Just to be clear that I live at home rent free with my father who owns the property. The ILR application is for my wife who is Pakistani and has been here on a settlement visa since December 2010.
What I mean here are things like deeds, sponsorship letter from me and/or my father, accomodation letter etc etc.
Please can you advise as my PEO appointment is fairly soon.
Many Thanks

Hi Victoria. Thanks so much for your time. I have atleast 6 cohabitation letters following the requirements set out so I am fine there.
Its just that I am puzzeled whether
1) I need to include house deeds or not which wil be in my father's name? (if I do then I guess I can retrieve them either online from our solicitors )
2) do I or my father need to write a sponsorship/accomodation letter stating the dates we lived there and the house details? (If I do can you please advise or help me as how to do this? I will email you then)
I hope I make sense. Many Thanks
