something is better than nothing jamada at least you got a some sort of stay, people here waiting for more than 15 years still got nothing, living in a limbo, i am the one as well living in uk 15 years got nothing, enjoy your free life, do some hard work and make a family happy, wishing you all the best

Don't get it wrong i appreciate every bit of what i've been granted.... my statement was made due to my current living arrangement.. hence why i stated (housing benefit)

Thats the spirit mate , appreciate what you have but try check with your solicitor if you qualify for 3 yrs but having said that , if you never claimed asylum before then the HO are right , its 2.5 yrs x 4 . But if you had been granted DL before , then it would have been 3 yrs x 2 but this is your first grant , right ? If so , then HO may be correcy but its my personal opinion .

yes this is my first grant of DLR and 2nd i never claimed asylum. my Solicitor say it should have been 3 yrs x 2, she should know more than me, i'll just have to wait and see what she decided to do about it..
