hello. Just a quick question. My friend is on psw visa and his visa expires on March 2013. He got a offer from a tier 2 company and will start to join in January . Is it enough for him to apply for visa as he has only 3 more months left for his visa . I have seen some forums and it states that a person has to work for 6 months in the same company before applying from psw visa to tier 2 visa. is it correct ? Please suggest

The rule you are referring to has been abolished in April 2012, there is no longer such a restriction.
