Morning,

I was working as a contractor with limited company and lost it but now have found a permanent job, which I started last week. I am having to present P45 from my limited company to new employer. I have got another better job (permanent) and would like to leave current permanent employment to join them.

I won't tell my new employer about the current job as so many questions will be asked etc. so won't present the P45 from this one.

My question is if I present my P45 from limited company to new employer (therefore skipping current employer altogether) would this have consequences when I go for ILR next August?!
