Hi I need your advice on this please.
I am eligible to apply for ILR from end of Dec'12 undery Tier 2 category for 5 years. Recently my employer has announced a redundancy situation affecting my position aswell. This will be under consulation period until end of January to confirm if my position is redundant or not. I need to submit a letter confirming that I am still required for the job from the employer for my ILR application. But my HR has denied to give me the letter Rather they can mention that i am still employed but my job is at risk.
I am not sure such a supporting document will fail my application.
Can you please advice the way forward. As I also feel I am not being redundant as its still under consultation. My 7 yrs of staying finally seem to be ditched with this letter.
