Hello!
It's been six months since I applied via NCS. I had my handbag stolen two months back and unfortunately lost my acknowledgement letter from Home Office, which had the reference number. What's the best way to track my application? Am feeling very confused!

You need to contact UKBA and they should sort that out, just give them your name, surname and second one.
