hello sir/madam
iam a student from privately funded college which is A rated and highly trusted and i have applied a dependent visa for my wife. last week she has got refusal on the basis of college.
it says " it is ,however, not an institution which is in receipt of funding as a higher education institution from the department for employment and learning... requirements of paragraph 319(i)(5) of the immigration rules are not satisfied" it stated.
i am still continuing my studies from the same college since 2011 January and expiring in 2014 January.
but they have given me a option for appeal within 28 days.
i have been to an adviser and they said we can do appeal.
how long it would take for appeal and can i win by appealing.
please help me with your guidance ..
as soon as possible
thanks

I would have thought the answer to this was obvious. No, not if the college isn't a HEI. If you want to bring your wife to the UK you will have to switch your education provider to one that is a HEI.
