I hope someone will advise on my Spouse Visa Conflict.
I brought my wife to the UK with Spouse Visa about 6 months ago. Within that period she stayed with me for just 3 months then moved out of my house
and went to live with her relatives as she was pregnant. But before pregnancy we always argue for silly things and asking for divorce while there is no genuine reason for it.
I tried to be patient and care her. At the moment if i ring she will never answer my calls. If she needs anything she wont tell me direct, she normally tell her relatives then they pass the msg to me.
I still love her but it seems she doesnt love me.
What will happen with her Spouse Visa if the marriage breaks as we are expecting baby in future? It seems she want to stay on her own. Or may be she want to stay with her relative. Her relatives are not working by they are on Income Support.
