need help clearing confusion

my ILR endorsed pakistani passport was manual hand written expired and attached to a valid pakistani passport which is also manual hand written. valid from july2009 and will expire in july 2014....IN.feb-2013 i have to travel to dubai and they dont accept manual hand written passport to enter in the country therefore i have to have to get machine readable pakistani passport

but all my stamp of entry entry and exit.N prove that i was  here in uk all that time are in the manual passport but when i will apply for machine readable pakistani passport the pakistani emmasby will put a cancel stamp on this manual pakistani passport and return me this passport and issue a new machine readable pakistani passport in 3 weeks time

the question which is bugging me
will i have any problem  on my application for neutralisation as the passport will have cancel stamp on the manual passport which hold all my stamp and prove of me being here?

Can you simplify the question? If you are asking if having a cancelled passport affects naturalisation then it doesn't.
